Potential fighting words as a kid.. The never ending job interview dilemma as an adult. I mean, what IS so special about you? In my case, what's so special about me? Why should you hire me over the next guy. What makes me so different? I mean, it's JUST face painting...
Well, for one, I want to stand out. I want to be equivalent to that nail salon, hair dresser or doctor you pass others to get to. I don't want to limit my market. I want to offer something special that you can only get from me. The million dollar question: what's that "something" and once you figure out what it is, can you deliver.
So what is so different about me? I don't know if I'm really any different, but I do know what I can do. SERVICE: I will give you the best customer service ever, even if it means referring you to someone who can serve you better than me. SKILL: I can paint almost anything you ask me to and if I don't know what it is, my motto is: "if you can Google it, I can draw it", of course within appropriate time restraints. My most interesting requests so far have been, a portrait of a mom & dad requested by a 6 year old girl and the Eiffel Tower requested by a woman who loves Paris. These requests always make the 6 minutes or less challenge very interesting. SATISFACTION: I want to always give more than is expected. I want you to leave happy, satisfied and entertained. It's the experience of creating a special moment to be remembered. The chance for everyone, young and old to have a little fun.
Well that's what I think is pretty darn special about me. Think of something that is pretty awesome about yourself and share it with the world.
Have a great day!
